1. Compliance & KYC Policy

Merchants are required to provide authentic business credentials before production payout authorization to comply with AML (Anti-Money Laundering) checks.

2. Settlement Terms

Aggregated paybill disbursements are settled on demand or on pre-configured daily schedules directly to merchant bank accounts or authorized M-Pesa accounts.

3. Transaction Service Fees

RiverPen applies a standard processing fee on STK push transactions and paybill routing according to the tiers listed in your merchant portal.
