Merchant agreements and platform usage guidelines.

Welcome to RiverPen Technologies. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our payment aggregation core and related services.

1. Eligibility & Registration

You must be at least 18 years old. You represent that all onboarding details are authentic and that you comply with local licensing laws.

2. Payments & Transaction Fees

You agree to pay all transaction fees specified inside your merchant dashboard. Payments are processed in KES via Safaricom M-Pesa STK push, manual paybills, or bank transfers.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Digital products and software downloads are non-refundable once accessed. For custom client milestones, deposit payments are non-refundable once development has commenced.

4. Intellectual Property

RiverPen retains all ownership of our pre-existing code, tools, portals, aggregation pipelines, and methods. Custom designs and websites are licensed or transferred upon complete payment clearing.

5. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

Any disputes not resolved within 14 days of written notice will be referred to competent courts in Nyeri, Kenya under the governing laws of Kenya.
